Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement. 6. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies. 7. Provide leadership and guidance to the catering sales team, motivating them to achieve sales targets. 8. Regularly report on sales performance and marketing initiatives to senior management.
