Goodside Beauty is a new-age Indian beauty brand redefining how makeup and skincare coexist. Our products are hybrid, multi-use, and effortless - designed for real life and modern routines.

We're launching in early 2026 with three hero innovations: a liquid lip balm, a 3-in-1 cheek stick for lips, cheeks and eyes, and a skin contour pen for easy definition on the go.

Marketing Manager

to help us bring this vision to life from launch onward.

Role Overview



The Marketing Manager will lead brand strategy, content creation, influencer collaborations, digital growth, and performance marketing. This role suits someone who combines creativity with data-driven decision making, and who thrives in an early-stage, fast-moving brand environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Content Marketing



Own monthly content calendars, campaign ideas, and storytelling across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity. Lead product-focused content creation, photoshoots, UGC pipelines, and creative asset development.

Influencer & Creator Marketing



Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with micro, mid-tier, and large creators. Execute PR drops, sampling initiatives, and influencer-driven content campaigns. Track performance, ROI, and creator effectiveness to refine partnerships.

Digital Growth & Performance Marketing



Collaborate with paid marketing agencies on ad strategy, audience building, and CAC optimisation. Track digital funnel metrics to improve reach, engagement, and conversion. Build weekly and monthly dashboards covering performance KPIs.

Community Building & Consumer Insights



Build and engage a community through polls, feedback loops, sampling cohorts, and focus groups. Analyse consumer behaviour and insights to refine communication and product storytelling. Create initiatives that strengthen loyalty among early adopters.

Required Skills & Experience



4-7 years of experience in beauty, fashion, D2C, or lifestyle brand marketing. Strong understanding of social-first, creator-led brand growth. Experience managing digital campaigns and interpreting performance data. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills. Comfortable in a dynamic early-stage brand environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
