will be responsible for enhancing the hospital's visibility, reputation, and patient engagement through a mix of public relations, doctor liaisoning, outreach activities, and digital marketing. Acting as the face of the hospital in the community and medical fraternity, this role focuses on building strong relationships, managing hospital events, and ensuring effective communication of the hospital's services to both patients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Branding
1. Serve as the hospital's representative in external forums, media interactions, and community events.
2. Build a strong hospital brand image through consistent messaging, patient success stories, and health awareness initiatives.
3. Develop PR content such as press releases, media kits, and newsletters.
Doctor Liaisoning & Referral Management
1. Build and manage long-term relationships with local doctors, clinics, and nursing homes for patient referrals.
2. Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and networking events for referring doctors.
3. Ensure seamless communication and support to referral partners.
Community Outreach & Events
1. Plan and oversee health camps, awareness drives, and hospital-led wellness initiatives. 2. Partner with schools, corporates (for camps), and NGOs for health awareness programs. 3. Monitor impact of outreach events and ensure follow-up conversions.
Digital Marketing & Communication
1. Manage the hospital's digital presence across social media, website, and search platforms.
2. Coordinate online campaigns to promote hospital services, specialties, and achievements.
3. Track analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
Strategic Planning & Leadership
1. Prepare annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with hospital growth objectives. 2. Lead and guide a small team/ executives for the effective implementation of activities. 3. Submit regular MIS reports on PR, referrals, outreach, and digital performance to the CEO.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing or Healthcare Management.
Experience:
7-8 years in
hospital/healthcare marketing
, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/manager role.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Experience in PR, event management, and media coordination.
Knowledge of healthcare marketing practices.
Digital marketing proficiency.
