Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote crushers, mining equipment, and related services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients in the mining, construction, and aggregate sectors, and ensuring strong market presence and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development & Strategy
Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for crushers, screening plants, and other mining equipment.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Plan promotional activities, trade shows, and technical seminars to increase market visibility.
Develop territory-specific marketing plans to penetrate new regions and increase sales volume.
2. Sales & Business Growth
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities through relationship building and technical presentations.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Identify potential clients such as mining contractors, stone crusher plant owners, and construction companies.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
3. Brand & Communication
Manage product branding, online presence, and advertising activities (digital and print).
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and technical presentations.
Coordinate with design and digital teams to run targeted campaigns.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collect and analyze customer feedback for product improvement and service enhancement.
Work closely with after-sales service teams to ensure customer support and retention.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare periodic reports on market performance, competitor analysis, and marketing ROI.
Coordinate with production, sales, and service departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Support management in pricing strategy and forecasting.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent.
MBA in Marketing preferred.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marketing/sales within crusher plants, mining equipment, or heavy machinery industries.
Strong understanding of mining operations, crushing/screening processes, and construction material supply chain.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing business in B2B/industrial markets.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong technical understanding of crushers, screens, and associated equipment.
Strategic thinking and market analysis abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing.
Willingness to travel extensively to project and client sites.
