What You'll Do
Own the
content & organic growth strategy
across all platforms
Plan and manage
social media calendars
, themes, and posting schedules
Work closely with
video editors, designers, photographers, and creators
to produce high-quality content
Lead
campaign planning
for product launches, drops, offers, and seasonal moments
Build and nurture
brand community & customer relationships
Define brand voice and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Oversee
customer communication
(DMs, comments, WhatsApp tone, support alignment)
Plan content for
new customer discovery & retargeting
(organic-first)
Track performance of content and campaigns (reach, engagement, saves, shares, conversions)
Audit content performance and
share weekly insights & learnings
Identify trends, formats, and hooks that work for our audience
Coordinate with ads team (if/when required) to repurpose winning organic content
What We're Looking For
Strong experience with
organic social media for D2C / e-commerce brands
Excellent understanding of
Reels, Shorts, carousels, and content hooks
Ability to think in
content systems
, not just one-off posts
Strong collaboration and team-management skills
Clear communication and ownership mindset
Comfortable balancing
creative + structured planning
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Basic understanding of
Facebook Ads & Google Ads
Experience repurposing organic content into ads
Familiarity with influencer or UGC coordination
Basic analytics and reporting experience
