We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable marketing professional to lead the development and execution of a compelling content strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and analyzing both online and offline content across all communications, ensuring alignment with brand identity. Your goal will be to build and maintain a consistent and strong brand presence through various marketing channels.
To succeed in this position, you should bring hands-on experience in creative business writing and communication, a solid understanding of web analytics tools, and the ability to transform creative ideas into impactful content marketing. Experience working in large-scale cloud-based SaaS companies or within the B2B space is highly desirable. You should be comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments with the ability to multitask and drive resultsxe2x80x94leading to significant personal growth and leadership opportunities.
Requirements
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and distribute content that drives qualified traffic and enhances brand awareness.
  • Execute and adhere to a structured content/editorial calendar to maintain consistency and follow industry-standard content marketing practices.
  • Plan and manage a wide range of content types including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, and more.
  • Manage and grow the brandxe2x80x99s social media presence across platforms.
  • Monitor trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies, content performance, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and improve landing pages and overall user experience.
  • Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels such as content creation, PPC, event promotion, PR, lead generation, social media, and copywriting.
  • Create engaging and valuable content that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
  • Build relationships with media outlets and journalists to share key brand initiatives and news.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, working closely with vendors and design teams.
  • Analyze the end-to-end customer experience across channels using data and analytics.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance marketing capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Arts, Commerce, Science, or Technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content-focused B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with blogging platforms (such as WordPress) and an understanding of how to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing automation, conversion funnels, and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, marketing databases, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, Omniture).
  • Demonstrated ability to identify target audiences and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and an eye for aesthetics and creative communication.
  • Experience in public relations, corporate communications, or event management is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic, high-growth work environment.
