Marketing Manager - Commercial Office Leasing (IT Buildings)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Marketing Manager

to lead the marketing and demand-generation efforts for leasing office spaces in premium IT/commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, particularly in tech parks and IT hubs, and a proven ability to attract startups, corporates, and MNCs to large office facilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

5-8 years of experience in real estate marketing, with at least 2 years in commercial/IT office leasing. Strong knowledge of corporate leasing dynamics, broker ecosystems, and tenant expectations. Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, CRMs (like HubSpot, Zoho), and analytics tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Real Estate. MBA in Marketing or Real Estate Management preferred. Strong network of corporate clients and brokers is a plus.
