To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. Your expertise should translate into increased brand awareness and profitability. Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies - Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. - Identify and target key customer segments through market research and analysis. Brand Management - Safeguard and enhance the brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity. - Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Digital Marketing - Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships. - Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. Traditional Marketing - Plan and execute offline marketing activities, such as events, collaborations, and print media campaigns. - Collaborate with PR agencies to secure media coverage and enhance brand visibility. Market Research and Competitor Analysis - Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. - Utilize market research insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Budget Management - Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. - Track and report on the ROI of marketing campaigns. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives. - Work closely with product development to integrate marketing strategies into the product lifecycle. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus. Proven experience in marketing management in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer behaviour. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
