Manage local / regional marketing projects by providing highly professional and value addition to our Sales in achieving their business plan; responsible to drive the regional needs and customization in line with Global Marketing Plan.   • Market Intelligence
  • Develop and maintain the market intelligence required to inform strategic decisions in the region for growth and investment as well as risk management.
    • Market attractiveness and mega trends
    • Voice of Customer, Associate and research based
    • Establishing and maintaining regional database of customers, competitors and other key stakeholders
  • Draw insight from the market intelligence for review with marketing teams and making recommendations
  • Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics that are aligned with regional and corporate strategies for growth and risk management and differentiated customer experience
  • Ensure appropriate return for marketing investment
  • Pricing Management
  • Enhance and maintain the current pricing management systems and processes to ensure consistent value-oriented practices by region.
  • Inform pricing strategies and tactics to be implemented by all stakeholders
  • Coordinate the development and use of materials required to support pricing management actions
  • Oversee and enhance overall pricing governance and control systems, policies, and processes.
  • Marketing Communications
  • Developing and deploy marketing materials such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, technical papers, e-direct mailers, advertisements, and brochures in collaboration with the appropriate Subject Matter Experts
  • Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional requirements and activities including Sales and Marketing events such as customers\xe2\x80\x99 meetings/presentations, exhibitions and fairs, content preparation in journals and publications
  • Supporting public relations (PR) for the Asia Pacific region through effective communication and networking
  • Point-of-contact with Global Marketing team to ensure rollout and alignment of global marketing initiatives in Asia Pacific regions.
  • Internal Communications
  • Managing internal communications including associate news, quarterly newsletters, company announcements, ad-hoc communications, etc.
  • Partnering with other department / teams to develop content for Internal communication, write articles to be sent via e-mails, e-direct mailers, other digital platform such as WeChat, Yammer, Share points, etc.
  • Sales/Marketing Admin/Support
  • Supporting the business in daily administrative tasks related to customer database, customer presentation, tenders, bids, reports, analysis, etc.
  • Supporting in project planning, administering and following up on projects, eg. through Project Management software.
  • Coordinating venue, logistics, hotels, travels and preparation for Sales and Customers meetings and events
  • Support adhoc admin requirements from various stakeholders (Sales / Marketing / department)
Job Specifications
  • Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration/ Marketing / Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant working experience with Marketing exposure
  • Well versed in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a MUST
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, dashboard capability is highly desirable
  • Excellent and effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal) is a MUST
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Pleasant disposition, excellent interpersonal and ability to interact and deal with people at all levels and various cultural backgrounds.
  • Should exhibit continuous learning mind-set, highly engaged, creative thinking and resourceful
  • Familiar with project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-tasking.
  • Ability to do simple design for marketing/communications materials would be added advantage.
  • Knowledge and application of design software, eg, Digital design, Mail Chimp, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and Microsoft Visio Technical, Project Management would be added advantage.
  • Familiar and having skills in meeting facilitation and/or scribe would be added advantage.
