Marketing Profile : Should have mastered business development skills like setting achievable business objectives, Conceptualizing & implementing strategies, 100% target achievement record, Customer interaction to identify need and offer targeted solutions with differentiated product mix. Establish sales objectives & ensure achievement of defined sales targets, profitable growth and expansion of company offerings. Cross-selling other insurance products to existing clientele to generate additional revenue and increase base. Should have good contacts and strong relationships for a fruitful networking. Should have best sources or best network for getting first hand updates and information for any upcoming projects. Leading negotiations, persuasion skills, coordinating complex decision-making process, and overcoming objections to capture new business.
