We are looking for talented Marketing Manager to join our team who has minimum 6 months to 1 years' experience in Abroad Education Field or Related Field. Salary: 40,000 - 70,000 excluding other allowance. Location: Sec-26, Chandigarh Responsibilities:

• Connect with all immigration abroad offices of North to assess their applicants for further processing of Abroad Study.

• Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department.

• Implement strategy.

• Check with the sales part for achieve the targets which will be weekly and monthly based.

• Set monthly and quarterly number of agents for process their good number of applications.

• Identify opportunities, develop & implement strategies to meet the targets.

• Identify the requirements of agents to start work for the same.

• Coach and mentor individuals for performance improvement.

Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience as Marketing Manager in Abroad Study or related field.

• Graduation in related field of study.

• Open for travelling and identify areas for potential new business.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to understand analyze a market and identify areas for potential new business.

• Demonstrated success in consistently managing sales to achieve goals.

• Strong leadership skills to perform beyond expectation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to successfully work with cross-functional teams, clients, and peer managers.

• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Good organizational skills with the ability to learn things quickly and adapt to changing situations.
