About the Role -- Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-backed marketing strategies, channel ownership, and rapid experimentation. This role demands analytical thinking, creativity, and a hacker's mindset to build scalable growth loops and drive revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Drive
user acquisition
, optimize funnels, and run rapid A/B tests across paid and organic channels.
Develop and execute
full-stack marketing strategies
across performance, content, community, referrals, and partnerships.
Own
growth metrics
including CAC, LTV, ROAS, activation, and retention.
Use analytics tools to map user journeys, identify drop-offs, and generate actionable insights.
Build and optimize
growth loops
(referral, content-led, incentive-based).
Collaborate with product and engineering to enable
product-led growth
and improve in-app conversions.
Plan and manage brand visibility initiatives that support scale and credibility.
Requirements
Must-Have
2-5 years of experience in Growth/Marketing roles in consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth startups.
Strong understanding of
funnels, cohorts, and growth analytics
.
Hands-on experience with
Meta/Google ads
, performance campaigns, and CAC optimization.
Data-driven approach with excellent experimentation and problem-solving skills.
Strong written communication and ability to craft clear growth narratives.
Good-to-Have
Experience with influencer marketing, referral programs, or lifecycle marketing.
Familiarity with no-code analytics tools.
Exposure to fintech or investment products.
