Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing:
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to promote Trigya's flagship JEE/NEET courses, foundation programs, and scholarship offerings.
Digital Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and manage multichannel campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and monitor performance metrics.
Brand & Content:
Lead content strategy covering website, blog, social media, and student success stories to enhance brand credibility.
Events & Engagement:
Coordinate workshops, webinars, open houses, and outreach programs to generate leads and build local awareness.
Local Outreach:
Establish partnerships with schools, tuition centers, student communities, and education fairs in Chandigarh/Tricity.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign ROI, enrollment trends, and lead quality; optimize strategies based on data insights.
Budget Oversight:
Allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize enrollments and leads.
Collaborative Coordination:
Work closely with admissions, academic, and administrative teams to ensure messaging consistency and student conversion alignment.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 - 6 years of marketing experience, ideally in education or coaching sectors.
Expertise in digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads), as well as CRM and email automation platforms.
Strong writing and communication capabilities, with proven experience in content creation.
Data?driven decision maker: comfortable interpreting campaign analytics and A/B testing outcomes.
Local knowledge of Chandigarh/Tricity region, along with experience in offline outreach and local networks.
Event planning or experiential marketing experience is desirable.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience marketing test?prep, tuition, or K?12 education services.
Creative thinker with hands?on operational skills for content and campaign execution.
Familiar with scholarships, student referral funnels, or incentive?based marketing.
Proficiency in both Hindi and English for local campus and digital outreach.
