Role Overview

Marketing Manager

who can own our

brand presence

,

campaign execution

, and

lead generation efforts

across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will blend creative thinking with analytical rigor, and deeply understand the Indian EV ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing roadmap (online + offline) Oversee ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, and LinkedIn with thorough analysis and insights Drive Amazon growth through listings, A+ content, and promotions Lead regional marketing efforts with localized content for key markets (e.g., Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Maharashtra) Manage influencer partnerships and social media strategy (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts) Track lead generation metrics via CRM tools; optimize for conversion Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams for GTM launches Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in performance marketing, brand management, or D2C marketing Proven experience running digital campaigns and improving ROAS Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace and e-commerce best practices Prior experience with regional/localized campaigns is a plus Ability to lead content, design briefs, and performance creatives Excellent communication and analytical skills Familiarity with EV, mobility, or tech products preferred (not mandatory)
