Role and Responsibilities:

The

Marketing Manager

will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for three key products of Caprico Foods: goat/cow and buffalo milk and milk products, desi eggs under the "Desegg" brand name, and the Caprico spices brand. This role includes increasing brand awareness, driving sales growth, and managing customer feedback analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Milk and Milk Products Marketing:

Develop a strategy to increase the visibility of Caprico milk by onboarding shops, providing signboards and posters, and organizing consumer awareness programs. Launch the "How Pure Is Your Milk"campaign to raise awareness about goat milk and naturally farmed milk. Achieve 20% monthly sales growth and reach a daily sales target of 500 liters of milk within the next 6 months, including 50 liters of goat milk.

Desi Eggs (Desegg) Marketing:

Lead marketing efforts for desi eggs under the "Desegg" brand name. Use promotional materials and boost consumer awareness to drive sales growth. Achieve 30% monthly sales growth and reach a daily sales target of 1,000 eggs by March 2026.

Caprico Spices Brand:

Lead the establishment of the Caprico spices brand in the spice market through procurement from FPCs. Develop strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.

Customer Feedback Analysis:

Conduct regular customer feedback analysis to understand customer needs and preferences. Use feedback to improve products and services.

Business Performance:

Present business income and expenditure statements. Develop strategies to increase profitability and improve business performance.

Digital Marketing and Partnerships:

Build digital marketing partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach. Establish a supply chain for other locations to expand business operations.

Sales Team Management:

Manage sales teams at Deoghar and Purnia locations. Replicate the model in 5 identified groups.
