I Cap Financial Services is a SEBI-registered firm providing investment advisory and financial planning services. In addition to our core financial services, we operate two premium brands under our umbrella. We are seeking a dynamic

Marketing Manager

to lead marketing across all verticals -- digital, brand, product, and performance -- and drive exponential growth across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:1. Digital & Performance Marketing



Plan, execute, and optimize

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

campaigns. Monitor ROI-driven performance marketing strategies for both finance and lifestyle brands. Track and analyze KPIs and user engagement metrics.

2. Social Media Management



Design and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Oversee daily content creation (reels, posts, stories), scheduling, and audience interaction. Coordinate with design/content teams for visually appealing, brand-aligned campaigns.

3. Website & Shopify Management



Oversee

Shopify

operations including product uploads, collections, conversion optimization, and customer experience. Collaborate with developers for regular website updates, SEO, and performance monitoring. Optimize the company websites for user experience and lead generation.

4. App Management & Product Integration



Manage and coordinate updates and UI/UX for the company's

mobile applications

. Collaborate with product and tech teams to implement features aligned with marketing campaigns.

5. Revenue & Growth Strategy



Plan and execute campaigns to

generate leads, increase conversions, and drive revenue

across financial services and e-commerce verticals. Analyze customer data, trends, and market competition to suggest growth strategies. Identify and scale channels that deliver profitable growth (organic, paid, partnerships, email, etc.).

6. Team Coordination & Reporting



Collaborate with sales, design, tech, and senior management to align marketing goals with business objectives. Regularly report performance metrics, campaign results, and marketing ROI to leadership.

Requirements:



Proven 4+ years of experience in full-stack digital marketing. In-depth knowledge of

Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing

, and

performance analytics

. Proficiency in

Shopify, website platforms (WordPress or custom CMS), and app management tools

. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user journeys for both finance and fashion domains. Excellent grasp of social media trends and platform algorithms. Strong analytical skills and ROI orientation. Leadership and team collaboration experience. Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
