This is a remote position.
VIS is expanding its global employer network as part of its international recruitment business. We are seeking a driven Marketing / Business Development Manager to build and strengthen employer connections, develop strategic alliances, and create recruitment partnerships in international markets. This role requires strong B2B relationship-building skills, cross-cultural communication ability, and a focus on expanding opportunities for students and professionals abroad.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to build partnerships with employers across the US and other global markets.
  • Identify, connect, and maintain strong relationships with employers, recruiters, and corporate partners.
  • Generate leads and establish recruitment partnerships that align with VIS's business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with international employers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to match employer needs with candidate profiles.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of employer contacts and track all interactions in the CRM.
  • Represent VIS in international calls, virtual events, and networking forums.
  • Monitor global hiring trends and competitor activity to shape business development strategy.
  • Ensure excellent stakeholder management and long-term relationship building.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Proven track record in business development, B2B partnerships, or international recruitment.
  • Strong networking, client acquisition, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Experience in proposal writing, sales presentations, and contract negotiation.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, International Relations, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-6 years of experience in business development, employer engagement, or recruitment partnerships (international exposure preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of global markets, B2B sales, and recruitment industry trends.
