We're looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager BTL to join our dynamic team in Jaipur and play a key role in crafting and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You'll have a 5-6 year track record of success in BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing initiatives, with a passion for the dairy industry and a deep understanding of the market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive BTL marketing strategies aligned with Provilac's brand identity and business objectives.
Conceptualize and execute impactful BTL campaigns, including in-store promotions, sampling initiatives, events, and social media engagement strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Design) to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand consistency.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to measure ROI and optimize marketing effectiveness.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new opportunities to reach and engage our target audience.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Desired profile of the candidate
5-6 years of proven experience in BTL marketing in the FMCG or dairy industry.
Strong understanding of the Jaipur market and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns within budget and deadlines.
Passion for the dairy industry and a deep understanding of its marketing nuances.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Qualification
Any Graduate.
