KRAs:
Visibility and reach of campaigns.
Local engagement effectiveness.
Brand presence in micro-markets.
KPIs:
Leads generated through BTL.
Enquiries from OOH exposure.
Campaign ROI and CPL.
Execution adherence to plan.
