About the Role



We are looking for a

Marketing Manager - Brand & Growth Marketing

to drive

brand visibility, lead generation, and fintech thought leadership

. This role will own the

marketing strategy across all Paywize products

(Payout Suite, Collection Suite, APIs, Nimo, Slyde) and build a strong brand presence in the fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute a

360 marketing strategy

for Paywize and its sub-brands. Manage

digital campaigns

: SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, social media, and email marketing. Enhance brand visibility across

LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, PR channels, and fintech events

. Create and manage

marketing collaterals

: decks, brochures, case studies, blogs, videos. Run

lead generation campaigns

to fuel Sales and BD pipelines. Work closely with design & content teams to build

impactful campaigns and product positioning

. Track performance, analyze ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns.

Requirements



4-7 years of

B2B marketing experience

(fintech/tech preferred). Hands-on expertise in

digital marketing (SEO, SEM, performance campaigns)

. Proven experience in

brand management, product positioning, and lead generation

. Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex fintech solutions. Experience collaborating with

design, sales, and BD teams

. Data-driven mindset with knowledge of analytics & campaign performance tools.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
