The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote electrical panels, distribution transformers, and allied electrical products. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and government departments, and ensuring steady business growth in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
Generate leads through networking, exhibitions, digital marketing, and consultant engagement.
Build long-term relationships with electrical consultants, panel buyers, project engineers, and government tender departments.
Track upcoming projects, tenders, and government procurement portals.
2. Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for brand visibility in the transformer and panel market.
Develop marketing materials -- catalogues, brochures, case studies, and social media content.
Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to strategize positioning.
3. Sales Coordination
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into orders.
Support the preparation of quotations, tenders, and technical submittals.
Maintain CRM database and ensure proper customer follow-up.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Strategic Planning & Reporting
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and business potential.
Prepare periodic performance and forecast reports for management review.
Suggest pricing strategies and promotional offers based on market intelligence.
