A Marketing Manager, or Marketing Director, is a senior-level executive responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives within an organization. Their primary goal is to drive program awareness, increase market share, and generate profitable growth by leading the marketing team and developing comprehensive strategies.

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with our organization goals, enhance our brand presence, and drive team growth. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of market trends, a creative mindset, and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities, Strategy and planning



Develop and implement comprehensive, short-term, and long-term marketing strategies that support organization objectives. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth..

Leadership and team management



Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, including specialists in content, communications, and creative. Set clear goals for the marketing team and monitor their performance, providing regular feedback and support. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and professional development.

Brand management and communications



Oversee the organization's brand identity, ensuring a strong and consistent brand message across all channels. Lead the development of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and traditional media. Manage public relations efforts and build relationships with all associates and coordinators of Rosemine Trust.

Performance and reporting



Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics related to marketing campaigns and organization performance. Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Present regular performance updates, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications



A bachelor's or master's degree (any stream), Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong leadership, project management, and budget management skills.
