Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing targets (leads, conversions, sales contribution, ROI).
Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, and email marketing.
Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, sponsorships, print ads, and collaborations.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as ROI, CPL (Cost per Lead), CTR (Click-through Rate), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize returns.
Lead the marketing team to ensure targets are consistently met.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns generate high-quality leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Performance Targets (KPIs) Lead Generation - Achieve X number of qualified leads per month/quarter. Revenue Growth - Ensure marketing contributes to X% of overall business revenue. Customer Acquisition - Reduce CAC and increase conversion rates. Brand Reach - Grow social media followers, engagement rates, and website traffic by X%. Campaign ROI - Deliver positive ROI on all marketing campaigns.
