JOB SUMMARY- As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all marketing activities across various channels. Your expertise in digital marketing, market research, and campaign management will be instrumental in achieving our marketing objectives. RESPONSIBLITIES 1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company and its services/products. 2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience, market trends, and competitors, and use the insights to refine marketing strategies. 3. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. 4. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, brochures, and presentations. 5. Manage and optimize the company\'s website and online presence to enhance user experience and drive organic traffic. 6. Monitor key marketing metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other relevant metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and partners to maximize brand exposure and secure press coverage. 8. Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation. 9. Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and provide them with necessary marketing support, such as sales collateral and lead generation campaigns. 10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, marketing tools, and best practices, and propose and implement improvements to enhance the company\'s marketing efforts. QUALIFICATIONS- 1. Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus. 2. 2 years work experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the IT industry. 3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing. 4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and compelling marketing messages. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 7. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 8. A passion for technology and a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
