In this role you will be part of the brand, marketing & communications team for Bosch Global Software Technologies, BGSW (formerly known as Robert Bosch Engineering & Business Solutions, RBEI) Location : Corporate Office, Bangalore


  • Strategize and plan various internal and external brand, communication program, integrated marketing programs s for assigned Business Units and Regions for BGSW.
  • Manage agency & partner relationships including corporate, media relations for assigned units/regions
  • Lead social media marketing for assigned channel(s) for BGSW
  • Lead the marketing governance metrics for digital, web and social mentions, brand study if appl. Serve as owner for all research and tracking studies partnering with respective teams/agencies.
  • Conceptualize, execute events and external engagements for topics/initiatives assigned.
  • Engage with assigned industry bodes for events, awards and engagements
  • Responsible for building and executing strategic marketing initiatives, thought leadership formats, CXO Engagement Formats for BGSW globally across regions and business units
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of a robust library of both internal and external product content (e.g., pitch decks, case studies, videos, product sheets, whitepapers, etc.)
  • University Branding i.e. communication and branding initiatives at key universities and across the stages of a talent supply chain (campus to corporate)


Qualifications
  • MBA or Masters in Communication
  • Strong communication skills with strong stakeholder management
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross functional teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact for the brand and partner centricity goals with strong project management skills
  • Prior experience in B2B/ Telecom/Banking or Agency Experience will be preferred
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Analytical bend of mind and creative; Knowledge of Design & Marketing tools is an added advantage
