You are great at:

• Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure the timely circulation of communications
• Provide communication support and administrative support to various functions
• This includes coordination between vendors and internal stakeholders, invoice processing, etc
• Ensure consistency of tone and visual language across key organizational content assets
• Manage social media platforms by creating and publishing engaging content to ensure it reaches a wide audience
• Maintain and develop our website and ensure that it helps people learn more about our company and how to get involved in our projects
• Create a digital plan that ensures content on our website and social media channels is connected and consistent
• Assist the designated team in creating a plan to ensure we enhance our customer engagement
• Create engaging and effective online content that meets user needs and keeps them up-to-date on the latest projects and initiatives we are working on
• Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
• Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
• Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
• Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication.
• Work closely with others in the Corporate Communications department to develop messaging, press releases, contributed articles, event strategy and media relations strategy for
• Lead brand content and communications that impact and represent the corporate identity and support the organization\'s mission.
• Assist in digital marketing and social media marketing with key metrics to devise social media strategies
• Draft proposals for special communications projects; present on and promotes these projects to management.
• Plan and execute outdoor campaigns and exhibitions
• Liaise with Trade Chambers, Public relations and media management, as well as coordinating with other marketing agencies.

What it takes

• 5-8 years in a communications role for a mid-large-sized organization
• Knowledge of creating and designing communications
• Experience in IT Software preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong written communication skills and competency to produce and deliver content to a wide audience
• Well-versed with MS office tools
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Computer Science or other relevant fields
• 3\xe2\x80\x935 years of professional experience in Web Development, Communications, or Social Media and Digital Campaign Management
• Experience with Content Management Systems and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proven experience in the design and delivery of innovative and effective digital communications on a variety of channels
• Excellent IT, design, and project management skills
• Knowledge and understanding of communications practices, tools and techniques in social media
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
