Summary of Functions- Responsible for Sales and Marketing function for Fire Suppression Systems, Service and After Sales Support for FSS Products, and Ozonators.- Responsible for all Identify Opportunities for existing and new business; Interaction with all Customer Segments & Groups; Customer Relationship Management; Ensure Customer Access and Support; Complaint Management; Customer Satisfaction and Engagement; Market Data and Market Intelligence; Technical and Commercial Bids; Costing and Pricing.Qualifications and Experience- MBA (Marketing) with 8-11 years of experience- Bachelor's Degree with 15 years of experience- Experience in Manufacturing organisations in the field of Aerospace, Automotive, Engineering, Fire Safety Systems Industries in Tier-1 / OEM/Medium Scale Organisation- Experience in all Marketing Functions of Identify Opportunities, Interacting with Customers, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Costing and Pricing,- Experience in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and AS 9100 Systems related to Marketing functions- Exceptional Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, IT Skills, Soft SkillsEssential Duties and Responsibilities- Identify New Opportunities for Products and Services for FSS, and Ozonators.- Utilise and Implement Listening and Learning Methods to gain new Customers to increase existing Customer base.- Interact with Customers and understand the Customer Requirements- Interact with Customers of all Market Segments and Groups frequently or as appropriate- Monitor Sales Pipeline for FSS, and Ozonators and take appropriate measures to utilise available Capacity.- Monitor Enquiry Register and conclude the Business Proposal with Win-Loss Analysis- Interact with Internal Teams and Marketing Personnel for Costing and Price Finalisation of Tenders or Enquiries or RFQs/RFPs- Ensure Contract Review (Enquiry and Order Evaluation) is completed, and Sale Orders, Service Order and Work Orders are created for new Orders.- Monitor Progress of New and Existing Orders on regular basis and raise concerns for delays or cost escalations to respective BV Head as appropriate.- Monitor Customer Complaints and ensure CAR and closure- Ensure repeat orders from Customers for AMCs/New Products/ Services, as appropriate.- Gather Market Data, Competition information, Market Intelligence from Win Loss Analysis, Industry Magazines, Competition Websites, Business News, Customer Interactions, Exhibitions and Conferences, Information in Public Domain etc.,- Ensure compliance to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and AS 9100 Systems related to Marketing functionsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From ?35,000.00 per monthBenefits:
