Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute
go-to-market strategies
for new product launches
Build and manage
content calendars
across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and podcasts
Handle
influencer marketing
and creator collaborations
Track campaign performance using tools like
Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and SEO tools
Collaborate with product, tech, and design teams for campaign execution
Lead brand storytelling, platform growth, and digital engagement
Own and optimize
growth KPIs
and marketing dashboards
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in a
marketing role within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care brands
Experience with
digital marketing
,
content strategy
, and
performance tracking
Strong knowledge of
Meta Ads, GA4, and SEO fundamentals
Proven experience working with
influencers and content creators
in the beauty space
Hands-on ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Strong communication, aesthetic, and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
Experience launching new products/SKUs in the beauty category
Knowledge of email/SMS marketing or CRM tools
Past exposure to visual branding or packaging campaigns
