About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who can take ownership of the entire sales funnel, from initial lead generation to successful deal closure. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive individual with a proven track record in B2B marketing and sales, specifically with clients in the US and Canadian markets. Experience within the Finance specialized outsourcing sector will be a significant advantage. This is a full-time, work-from-home position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to generate high-quality leads
  • Lead Generation: Implement diverse lead generation tactics, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing), content marketing, webinars, and targeted outreach to identify and attract potential clients in the US and Canada.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Nurture leads through the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact to qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and successful conversion.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and positioning the firm as the optimal solution.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, and sales tools.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine marketing approaches.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and sales performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Role Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing and sales roles, with a strong focus on end-to-end sales cycle management.
  • Demonstrable experience in daily operational marketing tasks, from campaign execution to lead nurturing and closing deals.
  • Mandatory experience working with US or Canada-based clients.
  • Preferred experience in the Finance services sector.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and drive sales in a service provider environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including experience with LinkedIn Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
