What you\'ll do:

As the Marketing Manager at NeuralSpace you will contribute to our growth strategy and lead execution of Marketing initiatives. Your role will be varied and will evolve as the business grows. Responsibilities will include:

• Plan and execute programs and initiatives which drive growth across marketing campaigns, accelerating new customer growth (via. delivery of sales qualified leads) and current user adoption.
• Support in the delivery of marketing campaigns across events, organic content channels, paid advertising etc.
• Develop and execute targeted B2B digital campaigns/content across multiple platforms (social media, email, PPC, etc.).
• Manage and optimise SEO/SEM efforts to improve search engine rankings.
• Drive a consistent process to build and optimise HubSpot CRM to deliver leads, communications, and messaging for key business stakeholders in Marketing and Sales.
• Develop lead nurture and reactivation campaigns to drive sales qualified leads.
• Forecast, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns. Analysing customer behaviour and reporting to the Head of Marketing on trends and suggesting improvements, where necessary.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and deliver high-quality marketing content.
• Support with all other areas of the marketing function including content development (blogs, emails, social media posts, event decks etc), events research and operations, and PR.

Requirements

You are:

• Data-driven; you can analyse large amounts of data to derive marketing insights.
• Quality obsessed; You deliver work to the highest standard, even when under pressure.
• Resilient; You can deliver and receive critical feedback with a learning mindset.
• Highly organised and structured in the way that you work.
• An expert problem-solver.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and taking calculated risks when there\xe2\x80\x99s limited data to inform your work.
• Able to manage parallel projects and competing deadlines. You can make tough trade offs and prioritise what matters.

You have:

• 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• B2B marketing experience is essential.
• Experience with digital marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
• SEO knowledge and experience with SEO tools.
• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or a related technical field i.e. analytics.
• Experience with HubSpot is beneficial.
• Interest in AI and past experience of working in a fast-paced tech organization.
