We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional with hands-on experience working with buying houses or export liaison teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of international sourcing, vendor development, and category expansion. This role will focus on driving marketing initiatives, opening new export markets, strengthening relationships with buying houses, and supporting product development and strategic growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Market and Business Development
Use existing buying house networks to promote and position our desiccant products.
Identify and onboard new buying houses, sourcing offices, export agents, and trading partners.
Explore new markets across industries, geographies, and product categories.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Build a strong lead pipeline through exhibitions, digital platforms, LinkedIn, and networking.
Convert export enquiries into long-term business accounts.
Enhance brand visibility across global markets.
B. Marketing and Brand Development
Support planning and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Assist in creating marketing collaterals, product decks, and export-focused communication.
Represent the company at exhibitions, buyer meetings, and industry events.
Work closely with the sales team on quotations, pricing inputs, and customer-facing materials.
C. Product and Operational Strategy
Provide market insights to enhance existing products or guide new product development.
Identify packaging and material gaps for buyers and propose relevant product extensions.
Collaborate with QA, production, and accounts teams to fulfil client requirements.
Track industry pricing, standards, and maintain competitive intelligence.
Prepare sales reports, development updates, and performance metrics for management review.
Required Experience
At least 3 years of experience with a buying house, export company, sourcing office, or merchandising team.
Strong understanding of international procurement and product approval cycles.
Demonstrated success in vendor development, B2B marketing, or export market growth.
Experience with packaging materials or industrial products is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent bilingual communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong negotiation, costing, and presentation capabilities.
Proficient in market research and data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
Proven networking and lead generation skills with existing industry contacts.
Strategic thinking for market entry and positioning.
Self-motivated with a strong growth mindset.
Familiarity with Tally, ZOHO Books, or similar ERP platforms.

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
