Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with 4+ years of experience and proven expertise in the automation industry to drive our marketing initiatives and accelerate business growth. This role will encompass both online and offline marketing activities, including website management, social media marketing, and participation in industry trade shows. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation technologies, B2B marketing strategies, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling marketing messages.

Key Responsibilities :



Strategic Marketing




Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.


Create go-to-market plans for automation products and solutions.


Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the automation sector.


Identify target customer segments and develop buyer personas specific to the automation industry's needs.

Campaign Management & Lead Generation




Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.


Collaborate with Channel Partners and the Customer Marketing teams for joint Marketing campaigns.


Manage lead generation programs to support sales pipeline development.


Optimise marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns.


Track and analyse campaign performance metrics and ROI.

Content Marketing & Communications




Create technical content, including whitepapers, case studies, and product documentation.


Develop compelling messaging for automation solutions targeting industrial customers.


Manage content calendar and oversee production of marketing materials.


Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the accuracy of product communications.

Digital Marketing & Brand Management




Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.


Manage company website content and user experience optimization.


Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.


Execute trade show and industry event marketing strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration




Partner with sales teams to align marketing and sales objectives.


Work closely with product management to support product launches.


Coordinate with engineering teams to understand technical capabilities and benefits.


Collaborate with customer success teams to develop customer testimonials and case studies.

Required Qualifications:



Experience




4+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in B2B environments


Proven experience in the automation industry (industrial automation, process automation, or related sectors)


Strong understanding of automation technologies, manufacturing processes, and industrial applications


Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems

Technical Skills




Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)


Experience with content management systems and marketing automation software


Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and social media marketing


Familiarity with design software and the ability to coordinate creative production.

Core Competencies




Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts


Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach


Project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
