Role Overview
Technovalley is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager - B2B, who will be responsible for establishing strong partnerships with colleges and universities to implement Technovalley's add-on programs. The role involves direct engagement with academic institutions, positioning Technovalley as the leading provider of global-standard IT skill programs, and driving admissions through institutional tie-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to promote Technovalley's add-on programs across colleges.
Build strong relationships with college management, placement cells, and student associations.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions inside colleges to highlight Technovalley programs.
Collaborate with academic teams to design customized add-on programs for different institutions.
Negotiate and finalize institutional agreements for add-on programs.
Monitor and achieve admission targets through B2B engagement.
Coordinate with the marketing and design team to develop brochures, presentations, and promotional materials for college campaigns.
Track performance of campaigns and submit periodic reports to management.
Represent Technovalley at education fairs, conferences, and academic summits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, institutional sales, or academic partnerships.
Strong network and experience working with colleges and universities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of driving institutional collaborations and achieving targets.
Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple institutional relationships.
