About the Role:

We are seeking a

dynamic female Marketing Manager

to lead marketing initiatives and brand-building efforts for our premium

Audio-Visual (AV) products

. The role focuses on planning and managing

trade shows, expos, product launches, and promotional campaigns

to position our brand as a leader in the AV industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

marketing strategies

to boost brand visibility and product positioning. Plan, organize, and manage participation in

national and international exhibitions, trade shows, and events

. Collaborate with vendors, event organizers, and internal teams to deliver

high-quality booths and branding experiences

. Lead

digital marketing campaigns

, including social media, email marketing, and lead generation efforts. Create impactful marketing collateral:

datasheets, catalogs, presentations, and promotional videos

. Conduct

market research

to track competitor activities and identify growth opportunities. Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for all marketing activities.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3-6 years of experience

in marketing, branding, or event management (AV industry preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in

social media campaigns, CRM tools, and basic design platforms (Canva/Photoshop)

. Willingness to travel for

domestic and international events
