Role Overview
We're on the lookout for an unconventional thinker -- someone who's been told their ideas are too bold or too early. This role is ideal for a brand strategist, content creator, or creative marketer looking to shape a brand's narrative, not just execute briefs. Drive creative ideation and own brand storytelling across digital, social, and offline platforms
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to create memorable and culturally resonant campaigns
Shape and evolve the brand voice and narrative -- from product stories to founder-led moments
Build campaigns that are disruptive, purpose-led, and rooted in insight
Act as a cultural antenna, constantly identifying trends, conversations, and movements to tap into
Work closely with performance marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and creative quality
Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills
3-6 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, creative strategy, or content
Deep understanding of digital platforms and content formats
Proven track record of bringing ideas to life from concept to execution
Strong communication skills -- written, verbal, and visual
Ability to think strategically while executing at high speed
