Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Campaign Development

Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with the hospital's goals.

Design campaigns for specific departments (e.g., cardiology, oncology).

Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and patient needs.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

Manage the hospital's website, social media platforms, and digital ads.

Implement SEO, email marketing, and content strategies.

Monitor digital metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Public Relations & Brand Management

Enhance the hospital's public image through media relations.

Organize health camps, seminars, and press conferences.

Handle internal and external communications and crisis management.

Patient Acquisition & Referral Programs

Develop outreach programs targeting new patient segments.

Build and manage referral networks with doctors and clinics.

Track and report referral traffic and ROI.

Stakeholder & Community Engagement

Collaborate with physicians, department heads, and community leaders.

Plan and execute community health awareness initiatives.

Represent the hospital at public events and conferences.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs like patient growth, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.

Present regular marketing performance reports to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
