Playmaxx is looking for an energetic and smart Marketing Manager to handle slot management and increase bookings for our indoor and outdoor sports activities. The person will be responsible for promoting Playmaxx, managing time slots, and ensuring maximum utilization of our facilities during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize sports slots and timings efficiently.
Book new slots and confirm existing bookings.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
Promote Playmaxx activities to increase footfall and bookings.
Coordinate with coaches and ground staff for smooth operations.
Maintain daily records of bookings, payments, and slot availability.
Plan and execute marketing strategies, offers, and promotions.
Build relationships with schools, academies, and sports groups.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback.
