Position Overview



The Marketing Manager will lead the complete marketing function for Plus UAE Group, with a strong focus on

AI-driven marketing

,

daily lead generation

, and

digital growth strategies

for the Business Setup and B2B Consultancy sector.
This role directly supports a

20-member sales team

by ensuring consistent delivery of

genuine, qualified leads

every day.

The candidate must be highly experienced in

B2B service sector marketing

, capable of managing remote teams, implementing AI tools, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities1. AI-Driven Marketing & Automation



Implement AI tools for marketing automation, copywriting, ad optimisation, and funnel conversion. Set up advanced AI workflows for: Lead scoring Retargeting Behaviour tracking Chatbots & WhatsApp automation Continuously upgrade marketing performance using data-driven insights.

2. Lead Generation (Daily Requirement)



Deliver

daily genuine leads

sufficient to sustain

20 active sales team members

. Manage multiple lead channels: Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn SEO WhatsApp Funnels Landing Pages Implement strict quality control to ensure leads are relevant and sales-ready. Maintain a lead pipeline that meets monthly revenue targets.

3. Business Setup & Consultancy Sector Marketing



Deep understanding of UAE Mainland, Freezone, and PRO services. Create marketing campaigns for business setup, licensing, visa services, ADNOC registration, and representation services. Build sector-specific funnels targeting international investors, SMEs, HNWIs, and global corporates.

4. Digital Marketing Management



Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across all platforms. Oversee content creation, design, social media posting, SEO, SEM, and performance analysis. Manage budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reporting.

5. Target Achievement



Daily: Lead quota to support 20 closers. Weekly: Campaign performance targets. Monthly: Contribution to revenue targets (gross margin). Strict focus on achieving quantifiable results.

6. Team Leadership (Remote Team)



Manage a multi-functional remote marketing team including: Designers Content writers SEO/SEM specialists AI automation staff Marketing assistants Train team members on AI tools and performance-driven workflows. Maintain discipline, timelines, and KPI achievement across the team.

Required Qualifications & Experience



Minimum

7+ years

in Marketing, with at least

3 years in B2B services

. Experience in

UAE Business Setup / Consultancy / Corporate Services

marketing preferred. Strong knowledge of: Digital marketing strategy AI marketing frameworks Multi-channel lead generation CRM and marketing automation systems Ability to work under pressure with daily lead targets. Proven success in managing remote teams. Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
