Role
Own strategy-to-execution across channels; keep campaigns, content, and product promos on cadence.
Responsibilities
- Annual/quarterly plan, content calendar, campaign slate.
- Briefs for creatives; supervise posts, reels, ads, landing pages.
- Lead-gen and engagement campaigns; align with sales targets.
- Product promos: games, books, 15+ courses.
- Coordinate with Online/Offline teams for seminars, events, demos.
- Qualified leads/month and seminar attendance.
- Content cadence hit rate (weekly).
- Cost per qualified lead; lead?admission conversion support.
- Channel growth (IG/FB/YouTube/WhatsApp).
