Job Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing strategies for agrochemical products Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and marketing networks Promote products related to crop establishment, growth, and protection Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities Coordinate with sales and field teams for campaigns and product demos Support product launches and seasonal promotional activities Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Business, or related field Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (agrochemical/agri-input preferred) Strong knowledge of rural and agricultural markets Good communication and leadership skills Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
