We are looking for an Experienced and Target-Driven
Marketing Manager
to lead and Expand Our Business in the Agro Food Sector. The ideal Candidate will be Responsible for Developing Marketing Strategies, Driving Sales growth, Managing Field Teams, and Achieving Business Objectives Across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement marketing strategies to promote Agro Food Products in Madurai and Surrounding Regions.
Lead and Manage the Sales &Marketing Team to Achieve Monthly Targets.
Identify and Establish New Business Opportunities -- Distributors, Dealers, and Institutional Buyers.
Conduct Regular Field Visits, Customer Meetings, and Product Presentations.
Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Key Customers for Repeat and Bulk Business.
Monitor Competitor Activities, Pricing, and Market Trends.
Forecast Monthly Sales and Ensure Achievement of Revenue Targets.
Coordinate With Production, Logistics, and Finance Teams to Support Smooth Operations.
Ensure Accurate Reporting -- Daily Sales Reports, Market Feedback, and MIS Submission.
Train and Guide the Field Sales Team to Improve Product Knowledge and Sales Performance.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Marketing / Sales in Agro Food / FMCG / Agriculture Industry.
Hindi - Must
(Strong Communication Required for Customer Handling)
Tamil Fluency Preferred for Regional Business Growth.
Strong leadership, Negotiation &Problem-Solving Skills.
Must be Comfortable with Field Sales and Team Management.
Ability to Work Under Pressure and Meet Targets.
Two-Wheeler with Valid Driving license Must.
Salary:
?30,000 - ?40,000 Per Month
