Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement
360 integrated marketing campaigns
aligned with brand and business goals.
Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to create a cohesive strategy combining

Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Execution & Management
Lead the execution of ATL campaigns including media planning, buying, and performance tracking.
Oversee BTL activities such as roadshows, in-store promotions, exhibitions, experiential marketing, and POS material deployment.
Coordinate with creative, media, digital, and PR agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns on time and within budget.
Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely roll-out of campaigns across channels.
Performance Monitoring
Track, measure, and analyze campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Optimize campaigns based on insights and learnings to improve ROI.
Prepare and present detailed post-campaign reports and recommendations.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.
Liaise with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment.
Build strong relationships with external vendors and partners
