Position: Part-Time Faculty - Marketing Management

Role Overview

FLYSTAR is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Part-Time Marketing Management Faculty to teach BBA students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, industry-relevant sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver well-structured lectures on Marketing Management topics as per the BBA curriculum.

Prepare lesson plans, presentations, class activities, and assessments.

Ensure students gain strong conceptual and practical understanding of marketing fundamentals.

Conduct evaluations, quizzes, and internal assessments as required.

Provide academic support, mentorship, and guidance to students.

Maintain class discipline, attendance records, and academic documentation.

Coordinate with the Academic Head for syllabus planning and session scheduling.

Introduce students to real-world marketing strategies, case studies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

MBA / Master's Degree in Marketing or relevant field.

Prior teaching experience preferred (not mandatory).

Strong understanding of marketing concepts such as Branding, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, Market Research, Sales, Advertising, and Product Management.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Part-Time (timings will be scheduled based on class requirements)
