Provide marketing support to Global markets. The role is to provide brand messages, promotional tools, and training for Medicom's products in these markets.

General responsibilities (International):
Consistently deliver on sales, marketing expenses and brand profit objectives.
Provide training (therapy and brand).
Develop market-specific initiatives and execution plans.
Monitor competitor activities and adapt tactics and strategy.
Ensure the team is updated with competitor information and key messaging to counter competitor claims.
Develop communication plans for healthcare professionals (ophthalmologists, optometrists, pharmacists, etc.), educational initiatives, public/patient awareness programs (where feasible), and other innovative marketing programs.
Support with promotional tools and tactics for expanding brand market share in existing and future markets.
Ensure full adherence to compliance policies (MHRA, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
To present monthly brand performance for products handled.
Preferences:
Pharmaceutical or Healthcare marketing experience
Strong understanding of global branding and product positioning.
