Role Overview
We're looking for a Marketing Lead to drive our marketing efforts, own campaign strategy, and contribute directly to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
Own campaign strategy, execution, and reporting across 3-5 concurrent initiatives.
Manage the content factory -- including case studies, landing pages, emails, ads, webinars, and PR moments.
Run A/B testing and experimentation on creatives, offers, landing pages, and pricing signals.
Set up and optimize MarTech and automation workflows (CRM, emails, forms, scoring, pixel hygiene, UTM discipline).
Partner with leadership to shape category narratives and lead flagship launches.
Key Skills & Requirements
4-8 years of experience in B2B growth/marketing, with multi-business unit context switching.
Proven track record in pipeline contribution, CAC reduction, and managing paid + organic channels.
Hands-on experience in at least one SaaS marketing motion.
Proficiency with HubSpot, Zoho, GA4, Looker (or equivalent), and expertise in LinkedIn Ads/Google Ads.
Strong experience with webinars and community engagement initiatives.
Excellent copywriting skills, structured thinking, and a strong operator mindset.
Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Diploma/Certification in Office Management or related field will be an advantage.
