About ATS Marketing Department:




The Marketing Department at ATS plays a vital role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement to support overall business growth. Our team develops and executes strategic campaigns across multiple channels--including digital marketing, content creation, events, and product marketing--to attract and nurture prospects throughout the buyer journey.


We leverage data-driven insights, innovative tools, and creative storytelling to communicate our value proposition and differentiate ATS in competitive markets. The Marketing Department works closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and maximize impact.


Role Overview:




We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Marketing Lead

to drive marketing initiatives for both brand development and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, brand building, and partnerships, with a proven track record of achieving impactful results.


Key Responsibilities:




Marketing for Brand:

+ Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
+ Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and driving follower growth.

Marketing for Sales:

+ Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
+ Use expertise in digital marketing to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
+ Align marketing strategies to support the sales pipeline and business growth goals.

Team Leadership:

+ Oversee a team of two marketing professionals, guiding them in their roles and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
+ Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

Event Coordination:

+ Organize promotional events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility.

What We're Looking For:




Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management. Align marketing strategies to support the sales pipeline and business growth goals. Comprehensive go-to-market strategy experience. Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, CRM software, and marketing automation tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage both internal teams and external partnerships. Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
