Key Responsibilities: -



SEO Strategy & Automation: Develop and execute a comprehensive organic search strategy focused on increasing organic traffic, rankings, and conversions. Lead the identification, selection, and implementation of SEO automation tools and scripts to streamline tasks like technical audits, keyword research, content gap analysis, backlink monitoring, and internal linking structure management. Technical SEO Leadership: Drive the technical SEO roadmap, working closely with engineering and product teams. Ensure website architecture, site speed, core web vitals, indexation, and mobile responsiveness are optimized for search engines. Content Strategy & Optimization: Oversee the content marketing strategy, utilizing data (e.g., semantic analysis, intent mapping) to identify high-potential topics. Implement automated processes for on-page optimization, metadata generation, and content performance tracking. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for organic and paid channels. Utilize analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Adobe Analytics) to rigorously track performance, conduct A/B tests, and provide actionable insights and reports to senior leadership. PPC & Paid Media Management: Oversee the strategy and execution of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media advertising) to ensure alignment with organic efforts and maximize ROI. Implement bidding and optimization automation where appropriate. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a small team or function within the marketing department, providing mentorship, setting priorities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. Market Intelligence: Stay current with the latest search engine algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, and emerging technologies, integrating new best practices quickly.

Required Professional Qualifications (4+ Years Experience)



Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing, with a significant focus on SEO and leading digital campaigns. SEO Automation Expertise: Proven experience using or implementing automation techniques (e.g., Python scripting, Zapier, custom APIs) for SEO tasks and reporting. Technical SEO Proficiency: Deep knowledge of technical SEO elements including JavaScript SEO, XML Sitemaps, Schema Markup, canonicalization, hreflang, and server-side redirects. Platform Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with industry-leading SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog) and major analytics platforms. Data & Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data to make strategic recommendations. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and strategies clearly to technical and non- technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in a high-growth SaaS, E-commerce, or B2B technology environment. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Certification in Google Ads or Google Analytics. Basic coding skills in Python or similar scripting languages for data retrieval and manipulation.
