Job Summary
We are seeking a
Marketing Lead
to drive Vibrant Publishers' marketing strategy and execution. This role involves leading campaigns across digital and offline platforms, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring alignment with sales and product goals. The Marketing Lead will manage a small team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and take ownership of campaign performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
end-to-end marketing strategies
to promote Vibrant's books in domestic and international markets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing executives and interns.
Plan and execute
digital marketing campaigns
(social media, SEO, Google Ads, email marketing).
Oversee
content marketing
initiatives, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Drive
author and book launch campaigns
in collaboration with editorial and sales teams.
Manage Vibrant's
brand identity
across online and offline channels.
Build partnerships with universities, institutions, and influencers for
collaborative marketing
.
Track and analyze
campaign performance metrics (KPIs)
to optimize ROI.
Manage budgets and allocate resources across campaigns effectively.
Stay updated on
publishing and edtech marketing trends
to drive innovation.
Requirements
5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a
leadership role
.
Strong background in
digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
.
Experience in
publishing, education, or edtech industry
is preferred.
Proven ability to
design and execute integrated marketing campaigns
.
Strong analytical skills with experience in
Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and social media platforms
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA preferred).
