Monitor and implement current marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Manage and optimize the company's
website
, ensuring smooth performance and regular updates
Review marketing collaterals like product brochures, data sheets, case studies and put together a plan to revamp and improve them
Should have excellent knowledge
Google Analytics
and
Google Tag Manager.
Handle and grow
LinkedIn and other social media platforms
with regular content creation and scheduling
Craft engaging stories and marketing content to enhance brand presence and connect with the audience
Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high-quality inbound inquiries
Develop, recommend, and implement promotional activities such as events/webinars that the sales team should participate in
Review marketing collateral like product brochures, data sheets, case studies, and put together a plan to revamp and improve them.
Run and monitor
ad campaigns
(Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) for performance and ROI
Implement and evolve
SEO strategies
to improve website visibility and search rankings
Email marketing tool experience (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns)
Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to craft impactful narratives
Lead email campaigns, newsletters, and lead-gen automation
Track KPIs, generate marketing reports, and suggest actionable insights
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage marketing budgets to align efforts with business goals and ROI
Good to Have:
Experience in a tech/startup environment
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Experience into Business Development or similar role for Automotive industry
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
3-6 years of experience in a marketing role (preferably in tech, SaaS, automotive, or B2B industries)
