Marketing Lead / Marketing Manager AI-Driven HCM / ATS Platform
Requirements
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, HCM, ATS, HR Tech, or AI products
Proven success in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for software or platform products
Strong experience with market research, buyer persona development, and customer validation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex AI and HR concepts into clear business value
Hands-on experience with B2B demand generation (content, paid campaigns, SEO, email, webinars, partnerships)
Experience marketing to HR leaders, recruiters, and enterprise or SMB buyers
Ability to own marketing end-to-end: research, strategy, execution, and performance tracking
Data-driven mindset with experience measuring pipeline, MQLs, CAC, and conversions
Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
Strong collaboration skills with founders, sales, product, and engineering teams
